Teen Success

The Teen Success program provides a springboard for teen mothers to be successful by helping them finish high school, avoid having a second child as a teen, and develop concrete goals and plans for their futures. Through weekly support groups, teen mothers receive professional guidance and develop trusting, supportive relationships with their peers, which together inspire and empower them to reach their potential.

Currently we serve 50 Teen Mothers in East San Jose at James lick, Yerba Buena, Overfelt, and Andrew Hill High Schools.
