"It was a great year for our 17th Annual Luncheon Event!"
The YWCA Annual Luncheon has earned its reputation as the most powerful non-profit luncheon in the Silicon Valley. It also serves as the YWCA's largest annual fundraiser. Funds are used to support the organization's community programs and services that annually serve more than 24,000 women and families. Last year, nearly 1900 attendees filled the San Jose Convention Center to hear Billie Jean King as our keynote speaker. As one of the 20th century's most respected women, Billie Jean King has long been a champion for social change and equality. She created new inroads for women in and out of sports during her legendary career and she continues to make her mark today. The YWCA raised nearly $370,000 from this event last year!

Parking on-site at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center can be limited. Additional parking is available within a short walk at the Almaden/Woz Way parking lot. Another option is to utilize downtown DASH shuttles or VTA Light Rail, (Convention Center stop).

The Annual YWCA Luncheon is not a ticketed event. Community members attend as guests of Table Captains or event Sponsors. An appeal is made during the event for a suggested donation of $150 per person to support our programs and services. If you are interested in serving as a Table Captain or Annual Luncheon Event
